Rapper brings power to the game

Sifiso ‘YoBoyFizzy’ Khoza is an aspiring rap artist as well as a music producer who was born in Soweto, Central Western Jabavu. Khoza now resides in Freedom Park and was born on February 22, 1995.

He started his musical career in 2010 because he felt that some of the music being played today was not real and didn’t have real messages.

Khoza said, “I always make sure my music has the right message.” He started composing his own music and started writing down his lyrical flow down based on the lifestyle that he lived.

Khoza’s first project was The Gang Bangers under Fly Boys in 2010. In 2011 he had his first performance at Morris Isaacson High School where he was noticed by Soul Peal Entertainment who recruited and signed him.

In 2012, Khoza decided to take it up a beat and recorded his first mixtape titled Cooking Green. Throughout 2013, he only worked on single tracks.

In 2014, he and a few others formed a group “1091 Fam,” where they too worked on a few single tracks together. In 2015 he and 1091 recorded their first mixtape titled 15 minutes to take off.

In 2016, his musical career started taking flight in the community when he was nominated for best male artist, best collaboration and song of the year at the Sniva Freedos Music Awards.

He also performed at the Eldorado Park Stadium in Cumming Road Extension 9 and also performed at the Cosmo City Platinum Lounge and a number of times in Devland.

Khoza decided to drop his second solo mixtape titled TRAP, which is an acronym for The Respect And Paper. By the end of 2016, he switched record labels when he signed to Black Thoughts Entertainment, later recording his first Extended Play Who Knew?.
