The direct selling beauty advisors and group managers of Avroy Shlain’s New South distribution team hosted their monthly prize giving and awards ceremony on August 5 in Mondeor, Johannesburg.
The Mondeor Recreation Centre played host to an afternoon of team spirit and comradery as everyone shared in the celebration of the exceptional feats achieved by the Avroy Shlain beauty advisors and distributors in attendance.
Shiona Morgan, Avroy Shlain’s New South area manager presented the end-of-month meeting.
“I am very proud of my team and very proud of their achievements. I think the most important thing is that they are feeling proud of their achievements too,” said Shiona.
In line with the brands’ aim to empower and establish women through entrepreneurial development and self-employment, the monthly meetings hope to continuously motivate the working women and men of the Avroy Shlain team by reflecting on their successful sales and recruitments.
“We just have to do our best and grow within ourselves,” said Shiona.
The meeting highlighted the top achievers of each speciality respectively with group manager, Ben Siweya claiming the top spot for his momentous earnings for the Avroy Shlain brand.
Attendees also tested new products and engaged in an informative product and sales discussion.
Attendees had the opportunity to partake in a fun lucky draw and the excited awardees were gifted with goodie-bags.
Everyone was left gleaming.
Both employed and unemployed women and men of the community are encouraged to use Avroy Shlain as an opportunity to generate additional income.
