Pirates welcome coach Micho back & wish Kjell Jonevret the best of luck
Welcome back Micho
The Buccaneers didn’t waste time in finding a replacement coach after Kjell Jonevret put forward a resignation.
Jonevret, who took over the role of heading the team on February 20, tendered a resignation shortly after the Soweto Derby game.
Again, Orlando Pirates have appointed a foreign head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredejovic. His coaching record reveals that he previously led the Ugandan national team to their first African Cup of Nations participation.
Sredejovic (47) is a former coach of the Buccaneers. He coached the team back in 2008 (Age 37) and he now returns after a decade.
Club chairman Dr Irvin Khoza wished Jonevret the best of luck.
