Romelu Lukaku to receive a salary of £200,000 a week
Goal poacher to help Old Trafford giants to glory.
Belgian international Romelu Lukaku (24) has sealed the deal with Manchester United after Everton agreed to a transfer fee of £75m and a salary of £200,000 a week.
Although there were rumours that Chelsea FC wanted the striker to make a comeback – reports stated the opposite.
As much as it is about money cashing in the big bucks for most players, Lukaku probably felt a move to Old Trafford was the right option since things didn’t go according to plan for the lad.

According to Everton’s official website, During the 2013/14 season, Lukaku made three appearances straight from the bench as a substitute for Jose Mourinho, including one in the UEFA Super Cup, before switching to Merseyside.
Merseyside management confirmed the Belgian striker’s move on July 10, a day after Wayne Rooney left the Red Devils.
The Belgian holds the record as Everton’s top Premier League Scorer, beating the record set by Duncan Ferguson with 60 goals to his credit.
