An Emerging Contractors Networking Conference and Exhibition will be held on July 4 and 5 at the Soweto Theatre.
The purpose of the event is to give building material retailers and building products manufacturers an opportunity to interact directly with their contractor customer base and product users.
It is also to give property developers, property management companies and large construction companies an opportunity to interact directly with current and potential sub-contractors and service providers, and to give building material retailers and building products manufacturers an opportunity to interact directly with their contractor customer base and product users.
The theme of the event is knowledge, networking, and opportunities for emerging contractors.
Another purpose of the event is to supply an event that speaks directly to the needs and challenges of emerging contractors and to provide new start-ups with an opportunity and a conducive environment in which to learn about the construction industry.
The event will be addressed by Minister of the Economic Development Department Ebrahim Patel.
