Thuma Thina Foundation visits Orlando Children’s Home

The Orlando Children’s Home has all the right basic resources for children.

Orlando Children’s Home is a home for the homeless and it carries on the spirit of “Ubuntu” to the children and to those who are in need of care.

It gets support from different organisations, ranging from retail industries and other business owners.

Last month, Thuma Thina Foundation visited the orphanage to show their support to the children.

One of the people from the foundation, Gontse Thlalogang believes that love is the best gift people can give to others.

“The home has a lot of toys that children need, but at some stage that can never be enough as these children could not really know what love is or even how it feels to be loved,” said Gontse.

Hloni Doporo said that: “The Orlando Children’s Home has all the right basic resources for children, your sports equipment, board games and a playing field.

“We thought it would be nice for us (Thuma Thina) to visit the orphanage, specifically to spend time with the children,” Doporo said.
