Manhunt for murder suspect

After a shooting at Protea Gardens Mall, an innocent man lost his life.

A man in his 20s is wanted by police in connection with their enquiries into a murder that occurred before the end of the year in Protea South. He is believed to have shot a man twice in the chest and once on the stomach while at Protea Gardens Mall.

The victim of the shooting, according to reports climbed into his vehicle after being shot and drove off. He then collided with another vehicle in Protea South after collapsing while driving. Paramedics declared the victim dead on the scene of the accident. After an investigation it revealed that he died as a result of gunshot wounds.

The suspect was last seen wearing a blue denim trouser, a white t-shirt, jewellery and a silver watch He is a coloured male with a round face, is 1.7m in height and speaks Zulu. The suspect fled the scene in a white C200 Mercedes Benz and an investigation is underway.
