Westside schools celebrate Valediction

Students received some divine motivation from teachers.

Two of the most well-known schools in Westside Westbury Secondary School and Coronationville Secondary School celebrated their Valedictions yesterday respectively.

Principals from both schools Dr Been Robinson and Floyd Billings said it is an honour for matriculants to reach this stage in schooling careers.

Students received motivation from teachers and parents at the events.

“They have worked hard and deserve the honour and we hope that the students do make us proud in the final exams,” said Robinson.

Coronationville Secondary School has 117 matriculants this year with Westbury Secondary boasting 193 respectively.

“We have had a lot of challenges in the school this year but we are happy to have reached this stage and hope for more positivity,” said Billings.

Below are some pictures of the events.
