No place called home
A 68-year-old lost his way and is need of help of finding the old age home he is currently residing in.
A senior citizen has been found walking around aimlessly in Chiawelo ward 12 looking for his way back home.
The South African National Civic Organisation (SANCO) members came across 68-year-old Jeffery Mashinini who was looking a little disorientated on his whereabouts.
“I stay in an old age home around Chiawelo, but I don’t remember where. I was there this morning, but I don’t know how to get back there,” said Mashinini.
Lararus Seshoka, secretary of SANCO said, “My colleague found him walking looking a little lost and decided to chat with him.
All we know is that he’s been at that old age home for two months now and his sister’s name is Mamsie Mashinini who stays in New Canada.”
The rest of Mashinini’s family is currently in Orlando, Soweto.
SANCO called the South African Police for support with the case, and officers have escorted Mashinini to try and assist him.
