Naledi police make 12 arrests over the past week

Naledi police make more than two vehicle recoveries in their policing area.

The following information has been provided by Naledi Police Stations communications officer Thulani Mbambala.

Last week Monday

-Three motor vehicles that were reported stolen in Sasolburg and Dobsonville were recovered in the Naledi Policing area.

-A black Toyota Run X was recovered at Nkosi street in Emndeni while a white Toyota Dyna was recovered in Naledi and a white Hyundai was recovered at Matshaya road in Naledi.

-A 39 year old man was arrested for assaulting a 27- year-old woman from Naledi.

On Tuesday

-A 14-year-old boy was arrested for stealing a laptop valued at R 5000.

On Wednesday

-A 37-year-old man from Naleidi was arrested for shoplifting at Naledi Shoprite.

On Thursday

-Another 27 year-old man was arrested for shoplifting at Naledi Shoprite, he was found with Bob Martin tablets .

On Friday

-A white Toyota Helux that was reported stolen was found stripped in Emndeni.

-Another vehicle that was reported stolen in Lenasia was recovered in Emndeni.

On Saturday

-Two men from Zola and Naledi were arrested for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

-Three men between ages 18 and 27 were arrested in Naledi for being in possession of dagga.
