The following information has been provided by the Naledi Police Spokesperson Thulani Mbambala after SAPS members made the following arrests.
On Monday
-Eight men got arrested for being in possession of dagga
-Another man was arrested for failing to stop at an accident.
On Tuesday
-A 20 year old man was arrested for suspected armed robbery after he allegedly robbed a 24 year old man off a cell phone valued at R700.
On Wednesday
-A 42-year-old man was arrested for assaulting another man aged 49 with a stick.
On Friday
-Three shebeens that were operating without liquor licenses in Naledi and Emndeni were closed down and the owners were fined.
On Saturday
-A 38-year-old man was arrested for robbing a spaza owner at gunpoint in Tladi where he parted with cigarettes and airtime.
On Sunday
-Three men were arrested for armed robbery after allegedly robbing a man off his cell phone valued at R 1000.
