Ranwin Fransman has been missing since February 10.
He was last seen in the Langlaagte area by residents of Riverlea but spotted on Monday at the Noord Street Taxi rank and Bank City at First National Bank in Johannesburg CBD.
Clothes worn at the time of disappearance was a black t-shirt, navy blue track suit pants, black hoody, red cap and white and navy Reebok sandals.
A close friend of the family Bernice Joubert said he suffers from a medical condition that prohibits him from remembering certain events and happenings.
“We would appreciate any sort of assistance from the community.
“People always make him out by the way he walks, so if anyone identifies him we would grateful,” said Joubert.
