Family and police continue to look for Chauke

After missing for 15 years, Chauke is still not found.

Still missing for 15 years, the family of Skheto Chauke have not yet given up the search.

Skheto Phineas Chauke (65) went missing on September 9, 2000.

He was 40 years old at that time, he was residing at Chiawelo Extension Two and was employed in the South African Police Service as Sergeant at Protea Glen Police Station.

His family has been looking for him ever since he went missing.

They checked with relatives and friends but could not find him.

A missing person’s case was opened and investigation was conducted but he could not be found.

The police are appealing to anyone who might assist them in finding Chauke.

“We are appealing to the public to assist with information so that the missing person can be found,” said Protea Glen SAPS communications officer, Vincent Mashiteng.
