An 11-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her father and his friend.
The father was arrested on Thursday and appeared at the Protea Magistrates Court yesterday where the case was postponed to next week.
The Eldorado Park Local Drug Action Committee held a meeting with residents last night where they collected over 120 signatures, petitioning against bail for perpetrators.
The man is believed to have been lingering in the vicinity last night.
Residents spotted him, gave chase and apprehended him.
The man is apparently out on parole for a previous case.
