Four uMkhonto we Sizwe members were laid to rest at Westpark Cemetery on September 6 after families received the remains on July 24 from the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development.
Siboniso Anthony Shabalala, Lolo Corlett Sono, Mzwakhe Moses Phato (MK Slow Mbewu) and Archie Lethoko (MK Lloyd Zwane) were remembered as youth activists killed during apartheid while offering services to uMkhonto we Sizwe.
Hundreds of people, including fellow comrades, families and friends gathered for the service.
