Service delivery has been an issue for most of wWhite City, Jabavu and residents claim not to get any services.
One of the residents has been living there for as long as he can remember and there has never been any infrastructural development.
“The only development we see so far are people working on the streams and that is far and very few people seem to be employed by the project.
“We are appealing to our municipal management to do as much as they can to start development in our area so that there can also be more employment in our community.
“There are pothole on every second street, the parks are not developed and open spaces are turned into dumps,” said Thabang Setle.
