Blessings exchanged

1 kasi @ a time extends to Noordgesig.

Blessed to be a Blessing (BTBAB) had the honour and privilege of partnering with pastor Betty Glover on Saturday for their 1 kasi @ a time campaign in Noordgesig.

Glover is a vibrant 87-year-old Christ Ambassador who resides in Noordgesig and has committed her life to taking care of the poor in Noordgesig.

She recently celebrated her birthday and BTBAB honoured her while spreading blessings from her property.

Glover turned her house into a soup kitchen and a prayer sanctuary where she feeds the public on regular occasions and for anyone who requires prayer or just wants to fellowship.

Glover also serves as the pastor at the local juvenile centre where she assists in the rehabilitation of the youth.

“Rehabilitation is of course built on Christ as the foundation,” Clemont Donnelly from BTBAB said.

Pastor Glover spoke a blessing of prosperity and success over BTBAB which they received with open and grateful hearts.

Lawrenzo Koeberg from BTBAB said the seeds planted by Glover will positively impact generations to come.

“We look up to you, the seeds you planted will see that in generations to come drugs, alcohol and clubs won’t be around.

“We salute you, our mother and anchor,” Koeberg said to Glover.

She has been such an inspiration to BTBAB that they have decided to partner with her for a future women’s event.

“The day turned out to be a huge success, we managed to serve a hot meal, handout some bread, preach God’s word and pray for a few people.

“We would like to thank our food sponsor Nazeerah Fourie for supplying the hotmeal.

“We would also like to thank our faithful volunteers Stella Viriato, Cindy Leslie, Kervin Cassim, Kiera Leslie, Franchesca Koeberg, Janine Bronwyn, Vaughan Malgas and Tamon Flusk may God bless you and increase your territory,” Donnelly said.
