Mazibuko’s RDP house almost complete
Joan Mazibuko can't wait to move back into her house.
Joan Mazibuko from Bramfischer, says she’s grateful to all the residents who made it possible to rebuild her RDP house.
Her house was left damaged after a vehicle crashed into it.
She has since been living in a shack with her children.
Mazibuko says a total of R11, 635 was quoted for all needed material.
The quotation of materials was double checked at a local Cashbuild Hardware next to Tshepo-Themba.
“We obviously couldn’t raise this money – hence we deemed it fit to plead for help from locals,” she said.
The RDP house is only left with the roof before the family moves back in.
