SANCO and ANC members are marching to Eskom in Diepkloof to hand over a memorandum.

Chairperson of SANCO Oupa Radebe said: “Eskom has no respect for Soweto residents.”

He said Eskom cannot make decisions without consulting the people first.

In a recent statement released by ANC Greater Johannesburg, the organisation lambasted Eskom for the blackout Soweto residents had to endure last Friday.
