Councillor offers condolences to grieving family

Family can't come to terms with daughter's murder.

Ward 49 Councillor, Mandla Mlangeni, visited the family of the late Charlotte Madibuseng yesterday evening to offer his condolences following her shocking death on Monday afternoon.

Mlangeni, accompanied by fellow ANC members said to the family that police must do their part to arrest the perpetrators.

“Crime is a problem in this community and the residents or witnesses who might have seen something on that day should come forward to give information.

“Who knows what they’ll do if they’re not arrested since they’ve been on the run?” asked Mlangeni.

The 33-year-old mother was gunned down outside a school during a hijacking incident in Bramfischer Phase Four by two men.

She died on the scene – in front of her two children aged seven and 12-years old.

Relatives and neighbours were seen going in and out of the family home to offer their condolences.
