No powerball draw on Good Friday
Last weekend’s guaranteed R25 million was won by a Kwa-Zulu Natal winner who is yet to be identified.
There will be no PowerBall draw on Friday, 03 April 2015 as this day commemorates the Christian holiday, National Lottery Operator, Gidani, said.
Spokesperson Dudu Ndendwa said PowerBall draws will resume again on Tuesday 07 April 2015.
She said LOTTO draws are not affected and would continue as normal.
Today’s PowerBall jackpot is an estimated R38 million whilst the LOTTO jackpot is an estimated R2 million as last weekend’s guaranteed R25 million was won by a Kwa-Zulu Natal winner who is yet to be identified.
“Gidani wishes players the best of luck for this weekend’s draws and wishes them well for the holidays,” concluded Ndendwa.
