The strike by some BRT drivers has left many of its commuters frustrated.
Some commuters have alleged that they are left in the dark on what is really going on.
45-years-old John Mhlophe said: “Even today, some of us don’t really know what the strike is all about.
Another commuter, Mpho Moloi (27) said: “This is a nightmare for some of us, I now have to use the train which is not ideal.
“Trains are always late no matter how early we try to wake up and this is unfair for us as BRT commuters, I so wish that the drivers can be given what they want so that they can return to work.”
BRT representative Nomsa Ndlovu said: “At the moment I’m not allowed to divulge more information, but I can promise our commuters that the service will soon be back and they will continue enjoying their trips like before.
“Yes this is a frustrating moment for our commuters but we assure them that we will sort out the problem.”
