After the Soweto Business Access, the Diepkloof shop owners forcefully closed down all foreign owned shops that were operating in the suburb.

Last Thursday, the Soweto Business Access spearheaded the meeting to discuss what should happen to foreign shop owners that are back in business.

It was in that very meeting that a decision to take over all local busimesses in Diepkloof was taken.

Police were called in to monitor the situation as foreign owned shops were closed down.

Police make sure that there is no looting.

A landlord was told to show a foreign national the door and take over the shop.
