Little Angels, on Thursday had an awareness day where awareness was raised around people with disabilities.
“We must raise awareness on people with disabilities, they are just like us.
“They can do what we do, they just need our help,” May Kroats, founder of Little Angels said.
The organisation takes care of children with disabilities and mainstream toddlers.
Kroats was praised by the department of education for her hard work and effort in raising both groups of children.
“May must be given credit for all she does and she needs support from the community,” Ronica Pardesi from the department said.
Children from Sunhine Centre, Little Angels and Harvey Cohen entertained guests in song.
