“We would like to thank all the women for attending our dialogues, housing workshops and consumer workshops.

“We really appreciate the fact that they attended our cleaning campaigns at Mdelwa Hlongwane Primary School.

“Thank you for supporting us on our outreach programmes like the food parcel project and the heritage education project,” said Miso Magutyana, from the forum.

She said they are happy to say that against all financial odds, the forum was able to bring change in Pimville.

“Today we have a men’s forum and this is because one of the Pimville women’s forum initiatives.

“Last year we had 11 women complete a baking skill development program.

“We believe that 2014 is a year of greatness and fruitfulness by the grace of God as we are wiser, stronger and better than we were the past years,” she said.

Magutyana said they invite everyone join them in building the community and creating a legacy for future generations.

“We look forward to seeing every woman from Pimville at our prayer meetings, skills development programs, leadership seminars, educational programs, sports and recreation programmes,” she said.

Magutyana urged interested women to diarise the upcoming dates for all their meetings this year, June 18, July 16, August 20, September 17, October 15 and November 19.
