Simphiwe Nzama is the resident trainer of the organization and says that both he and the elderly can actually see the difference made by training.

“They put their walking sticks down when its exercise time.

“I teach them soccer and we do simple exercises that emphasis flexibility because the main aim is for them to be able to be mobile and to prolong their body strength.

“What I love the most about what I do is seeing them motivated to give their all.

Other than physical activity, the event was filled with fun and entertainment with various cultural groups performing.

With diversity in the entertainment pot, groups perfomed mascandi, traditional dances and involving the crowd in singing cultural music.
