Ekukhanyeni to host DVD screenings

The Ekukhanyeni Meditation Centre will be hosting free DVD screenings.

John Khyarie from the centre said that the DVD is by international speaker B.K. Shivani.

“The DVD uncover the deep-rooted mind-set that sometimes leads us to distressful and destructive thinking feeling and actions and explore a new way of thinking that can take you beyond these to a calm and harmonious way of being and living.

“It’s a journey of going beyond – from hurt to forgiveness, blame to personal responsibility, criticism to appreciation, competition to co-operation, jealousy to empathy, anger to resolve, doubt to trust and expectations to acceptance,” he said.

The screenings will be on Monday at 7pm and Wednesday at 10am.
