The Naledi Police Station filed 24 cases over the past week and 15 arrests were made.
There were Three house breaking arrests made and One suspect was arrested for hi- jacking a Polo Vivo after the vehicles’ tracker lead police to its location and was recovered.
Captain Malesa advices that vehicle owners should install a tracker because it helps track down the vehicle if it gets stolen.
A suspect was arrested for allegedly stealing wheels of a vehicle at Tladi while Two other suspects were arrested for theft of different items at Tladi and Emndeni.
Three cases of assault were opened and another for obstruction of justice and intimidation.
10 suspects were arrested for being in possession of Dagga while another individual was arrested for reckless and negligent driving.
Captain Malesa also adds that voter registrations were peaceful and all went well.
