A woman has accused her ex-boyfriend of raping her.
The incident allegedly happened in Zone 10 when at night.
“The woman was walking in the street when the accused grabbed her by the neck and forced her to go to with him to where he stays.
Constable Sibusiso Chauke said: “On the arrival to his place he forced the victim to bath, after bathing he pushed her to his bed.
“He then raped her, according to her report to the police.”
The 43-yearold accused ex-boyfriend appeared in the Protea Magistrate Court last Thursday.
The police said further investigations will be carried out before another appearance in court.
