R150 000 sponsorship for BLFA

Local media group sponsors BLFA with a R150 000 over three years.

Last Friday Bosmont Local Football Association (BLFA) announced a three year sponsorship with Kofifi Media Group (KMG) valued to be at R150 000 that will be divided to R50 000 every year.

The sponsorship will be used primarily for the ‘Super League’ which will be the senior and most prestigious league in the BLFA.

“Over the past four years BLFA have gone through a transformation process, building all major cornerstones of association football to cope with the challenges in our communities,” said Michael Khan.

The sponsorship will not only be used for the ‘Super League’ but it will help the BLFA with club development.

“The sponsorship will not only go to the incentive prize money for the ‘Super League’, but will also go to funding, club development, administration and technical officials including coaches, referees and first aid.

“40% will be allocated to theses development imperatives and 60% to prize money and incentives,” said Khan.

KMG Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tshepo Ntshona said, “When looking for a partner to build the brand awareness of KMG and deliver a meaningful social responsibility profile we found an ideal partner in the BLFA.

“BLFA is the biggest sporting body on the West Rand and we are delighted to support their work in the community,”

BLFA thanked Ntshona for the faith and enthusiasm with which he has embraced this project.

The ‘Super League’ will be known as the KMG Super League.
