Mmusi Maimane aims to bring change

Maimane who is from Soweto said he can relate to residents.

Mmusi Maimane launched his ‘Believe in Change’ rally at the Walter Sisulu square where he is campaigning to be Gauteng’s next premier.

“I’m feeling very confident in terms of we are going.

“People are expecting change, people have had enough,” Maimane said.

He spoke about cutting corruption, job creation and bringing a positive change to Gauteng.

Maimane who is from Soweto said he can relate to residents. Some who were at the rally said that they believe Maimane when he said that he will create jobs, they have lost hope in their current leaders.

Maimane said that people have the perception that all politicians are corrupt because of what they have seen but he aims to eliminate corruption.

“If you look at where we govern, we deal with corruption, we fight against it,” he said.

Maimane will continue his campaign throughout Gauteng.
