Eldorado Park SAPS detective leaves no stone unturned and secures conviction

27-year-old receives eight years imprisonment.

An Eldorado Park SAPS detective member recently secured an eight (08) year direct imprisonment sentence for a 27-year-old male, who had been facing two charges.

According to Constable Roxanne Gibb, the consolidated cases of housebreaking and theft as well as assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm was brought before the Protea Magistrate Court, whereby the accused received the hefty sentence of eight years direct imprisonment.

“The victims had nothing but praises for Detective Sergeant Ndlovu who dedicated not only his time to the matter but also restless days and nights, ensuring that his investigation is thoroughly conducted with no stone left unturned,” said Gibb.

Management of Eldorado Park SAPS has commended the continuous and remarkable investigation that took place and eventually paid off.

The communications officer added: “This once again reminds us that justice does prevail and it should also be treated as a wake-up call for those who commit a crime or intends to do such.

The mighty hand of the law will always catch up to you.”
