36-year-old bus driver shot and killed at Bara taxi rank
The case was reported at Diepkloof SAPS and a case of murder has been opened.
A 36-year-old male bus driver was allegedly shot and killed this morning at Bara taxi rank.
According to the Diepkloof SAPS spokesperson, captain Phephi Matlou-Mteto the deceased was shot and killed by an unknown suspect and police are probing a case of murder.

“Deceased is an employee of Chippa Bus Services which is based in Newcastle, he was allegedly busy loading passengers when he was shot on the upper body.
“At this stage the motive of the killing is unknown and police are investigating. A case of murder has been opened,” Matlou-Mteto said.
