What are your thoughts on the violent crime currently plaguing Eldos?

What do you think of the violent crimes in Eldos?

1.

Reubenett Joleen Andrews:

“It’s really a huge problem and it’s creating an unsafe environment for our kids and as parents it makes us look like we don’t want our kids to explore yet.

“We just want to keep them off the streets because even playing in the yard is not safe anymore especially if the violence is coming from our law enforcement, an example being the berets.

“On Sunday they came full force, two cars full and a van, to abuse a guy who was falsely accused of a crime.

“They didn’t find anything on him but beat him unconscious, tasered him until he actually got a fit and still threw him in the van just to get to the police station and told that they couldn’t open a case because the person that took them there was high and lying and his girlfriend confirmed that he was lying.

“So they abused an innocent child before confirming if it’s a valid complaint or not and this was captured on video.”

2.

Soren Peters:

“Bogus bezerk behaviour. We need a serious cleanup squad (South African National Defence Force). It breaks my heart to see Eldos in this state. I grew up there and it has changed a lot.”

3.

Claude Layte:

“It’s really getting out of hand and the only way we can get our community back on track is by standing together and only then will we be able to reap the rewards of a better future for our younger generation which I am sure is what we all want to see!”

4.

Maurice Reece Mitchell:

“Crime prevention is supposed to be everybody’s business.”
