A woman was arrested in White City-Jabavu for allegedly selling dagga. A case of possession and dealing in dagga was opened.

The 30-year-old appeared before the court on Friday and she will remain in custody.

He explained that people should revisit the judgment and understand it.

“The judgement allows people to use dagga in their private spaces for certain reasons. It also doesn’t allow them to sell dagga. Police will still arrest people in the possession and dealing in dagga,” added Khoza.
