Nomsa Mbuyisa court case reminded to June, 24

LISTEN: Nhlanhla Mbuyisa sister of the deceased disappointed that the case is reminded again.

The suspect who is accused of killing Nomsa Mbuyisa just appeared at High Court in Johannesburg.

The matter has been adjourned to June 24. On June 24 the pre-trial is expected to start.

As soon as the Magistrate adjourned the case, the suspect left the courtroom looking at the packed public gallery.

The perpetrator is facing charges of murder, two attempted murder, unlawfully firearm, and unlawfully ammunition.

Outside Court, Nhlanhla Mbuyisa said, “I’m bored because they always postpone the case and we can’t wait for the case to end. The children have trauma to attend the case every time.”



Founder of Women’s Strength One Voice, Dieketseng Modiba said, “I feel that the ups and downs we are doing are too much and we want justice to be served.”

Modiba added that May 30 reminds us how we lost our sister and we hope that he will serve a life sentence.
