Naledi Police catch suspects in stolen vehicle

Suspects apprehended after trying to escape

The Naledi Police arrested two suspects in Emndeni when they tried to run away from the stolen car they were in.

The police were doing their regular patrolling when they got a tip-off from car track about a stolen vehicle that was suspected to be in the area.

The police responded to the call and moved around Emndeni where they stopped the vehicle near the Engen Garage in Emndeni.

The men that were arrested are aged 23 and 29 and the vehicle they were found in was a white Kia truck reported stolen in Melville.

The suspects are in police custody and appeared at the Protea Magistrate Court earlier in the week.
