Protea Glen Police arrest more suspects when on regular patrols

A young man was arrested for the possession of dagga in Protea South.

The 24-year-old was approached by police officers during a regular patrol.

When the suspect saw the police realised that the officers were coming towards him, he allegedly threw something on the ground.

According to reports, the officers told him to pick it up and found that it was a small plastic bag containing dagga.

The suspect was arrested on scene and charged with the above-mentioned crime.

He will appear at the Protea Magistrates Court soon.
