New leadership for SANCO

SANCO has elected a new executive committee for their ward.

The South African National Civic Organisation (SANCO) selected their newly elected leadership today at Emzimvubu Primary School in Ward 41.

The newly chairperson of the organisation, Norman Vilakazi said, “We are still going to soldier on civic issues of the community of ward 41 working hand in hand with all the stakeholders, including street committees and especially the office of councillor of the ward.”

SANCO strives to act as the advocates of communities in communication with government and other service providers.

Six members were elected in total, elected by the members of the organisation.

Zuka Letsoalo, Michael Mmusi, Mpho Sesedinyane, Lucky Pitso, Bernard Radebe, Zama Nkonyane will lead for the next three years.

“Working together we can do more,” said Vilakazi.
