Though his term is nearing soon as Ward 12 councillor, Joe Nemaungani said his office is always open for any development and guidance and advices from the residents.
The councillor said that residents must familiarise themselves with the municipality’s offices for any information to better their lives and develop their areas.
“For our areas to be well developed and transformed into the greatest areas in the City of Johannesburg, resident’s inputs, ideas and guidance are always needed to help us deliver.
“We have been elected to represent the needs of residents and we must deliver according to their needs and expectations.”
“I’ve always help meetings with my people and issue out food parcels and interact with them relating to advices they have to help improve our areas.
“So I still say and emphasise that my office is open for anything that can help us to develop all the areas I was voted to represent and I will always avail myself.”
“So far my people have been working well with me in my ward and played a role in helping and develop our area and im greatfull for that and I would like the spirit to continue so together we can work hard and well in making our area a great one,” said Nemaungani.
