Bapedi holds a career day

“We want to start educating them young so that when they go to secondary school, they know what career path they want to follow and what subjects they want to choose,”

Bapedi Primary School held a career day last week.

The Grade Seven pupils dressed up in the clothes of the profession they want to work in when they grow up.

One of the teachers Enisah Mudau said that the aim of the career day is to educate pupils about career choices.

“We want to start educating them young so that when they go to secondary school, they know what career path they want to follow and what subjects they want to choose,” she said.

The Department of Education and Sci-Bono were part of the career day.

Mudau said that the education department and Sci-Bono motivated the pupils.

“They talked about career options and what pupils can study for the profession that they have chosen,” she said.
