“When I encounter clients who suffer from mental health issues, I encourage them to visit health care facilities so that they can be checked by medical personnel. To achieve peak fitness, they need to have a plan on how to achieve this and follow it. Once you have a routine whether it’s going to the gym or taking a jog every morning, surround yourself with people who are going to hold you accountable such as trainers and training partners.”

As a trainer, some of the challenges Mogone has faced include reminding the people he trains about the importance of being disciplined and working hard towards their fitness goals.

“Some of my challenges include dealing with people because not everyone has the same willpower and discipline as me.

So I need to be patient and understand that people have different strengths and weaknesses.

“Fortunately enough for my clients and other people in fitness, social media has now created a space for fitness and it lures more people to invest it in their fitness.”

The gym fanatic has won various competitions including, the Opulent Models Competition which was followed by being crowned the best Classic Physique Champion in Soweto under IBFF.
