Orlando Library in Orlando East was broken into on Friday May 9.
Two computers and monitors were stolen.
“When we arrived in the morning we found that one of the windows was broken. Upon entry we realised that two computers and monitors were missing. We immediately went to report the matter at the police station,” said Liberian Lydia Nkomo.
Nkomo added that it is sad and disappointing that people would steal from the library.
“The computers and everything else that is in the library is meant to benefit the community and all who visit the library. When you steal from the library you steal from the community,” she said.
Head of communications at Orlando Police Station said the matter is been investigated.
