The campaign was created to promote and showcase different talents by local upcoming gospel artists as well as praise and worship teams from various churches and communities.

“We are hosting this competition because we want people to nurture their talents. We also want young and upcoming artists of Zion and Apostol to reach greater heights,” said Mngomezulu.

To register for the competition, participants must be a church choir, community choir or a stand-alone choir. They should be singing without the use of instruments.

“We are urging the community to come and support this initiative because it will be their families that will be competing. As communities if we do not support each other who will?” asked Mngomezulu.
