Children choose dance over idling in the streets.

Monza Dance Group doesn’t fall short of impressing crowds, they are known and trusted for pulling-off striking dance moves.

“When I danced, people would stand in a circle and cheer me on.

“Wherever I was, they asked me to dance,” he said.

Circle has worked with kwaito legends such as Arthur, Spikiri, Senyaka, Doc Shebeleza and he has traveled overseas through dance.

The love for dance encouraged him to start the group years ago.

“Over the years I have groomed performers who have branched out to different parts within the industry.

“The love, determination, and commitment in our work show when we are on stage.

“We are doing what we love,” he said.

Circle said parents should support their children in what they do.

“Some parents think dance is just for entertainment but it is a talent to many that needs nurturing and has the potential to be a career,” Circle said.
