Educating Dobsonvile leaners about the past

There were performances by learners, which was an exhibition where different art projects were made to entertain the parents.

Senyamo Primary School held a Youth day event on June 15.

Teachers were in their school uniforms and there was excitement all around in the Dobsonville based school.

There were performances given by the learners, an exhibition where different art projects that were made by the school kids were shown to the parents.

There were also volleyball and netball matches played between the teachers, learners and parents.

“It is important for the school to hold such events and educate our learners about our country’s history so that they know where they are coming from,” said Tshepang Mochudi, the school principal.

He continued to say that the youth should not forget to put their studies first because education is important and valuable especially in the society we live in.

The teachers won both matches against the learners and parents.
