#JusticeForThego: Wrong dates cause Tshego’s murder case to be postponed again
The previous postponement was due to decontamination of the courtrooms after two presiding officers had reportedly tested positive for Covid-19.
An administration error at the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court saw another postponement to the murder case of slain Tshegofatso Pule.
The 31-year-old murder accused did not take a stand again on Thursday, 9 July, after dates were mixed up by the court.
In the previous postponement, 9 July was the date agreed upon; however, attendees learned from the National Prosecuting Agency that the correct date was 23 July.

The previous postponement was due to decontamination of the courtrooms after two presiding officers had reportedly tested positive for Covid-19.
The accused is expected to be represented by a private attorney after ditching Legal Aid as and when he appears again. The accused is currently facing charges of the premeditated murder of Tshegofatso who was found stabbed and hanging from a tree in Durban Deep, Roodepoort after she went missing for three days.
She was eight months pregnant at the time of her death.
