14-year-old girl raped at the Caltex garage in Eldorado Park
It is alleged that the victim was accompanied by an adult male family friend whom she referred to as uncle, to buy chips at the garage.
In another incident of rape of a minor which occurred on Saturday 13 June 2020 at approximately 19h30 at the Caltex garage in Extension 5 Eldorado Park.
It is alleged that the victim was accompanied by an adult male family friend whom she referred to as uncle, to buy chips at the garage.
He had parked his vehicle at the garage and informed the 14 year old girl that he wanted to sleep with her. She refused and that is when he jumped over to the back seat where the victim had been seated and forced her to remove her trouser, whereafter he forcefully sexually penetrated her.

A petrol attendant who later came to knock on the window caused the suspect to jump to the driver’s seat, start the car and drive off.
The 30 year old suspect dropped the victim off next to his house and she went home and explained the incident to her mother.
All necessary protocol has been followed and the 30 year old male suspect has been arrested and detained.
