Sharp stars suffer 8-2 defeat
Karabo Sehlolo and Kamegelo Msibi scored the only two goals for Young stars in the second half, but Juventus did not hold back as Elias increased the lead.
Sharp stars suffered an embarrassing 8-2 loss playing away against F.C Juventus in their encounter in the South Western Zone (LFA) at Club Colombia.
Sharp stars lost in what seemed to be a one-sided game, despite the coaches request for the match official to be replaced after his side considered the 2 goals in the first half. The coach complained that the referee was not ruling against offsides, stating that the first 2 goals were scored from an offside position.
Unathi Mokwena scored the first goals for Juventus in the first half, with the second goal being a rebound from the goal, Mokkwena easily passed the net to get a brace on his name. The change of the match official did not make anything easy for the guest, they struggled to build up to attack hence they went for the half time break with 0 shots on target.

Sharp stars coach Dollop Nkwanyane said he is not happy with the game because the first two goals were clear offside, and claiming that the opposition field older players in the under 15 division.
“Majority of my players are between the age of 11 to 13 we don’t have under 15 but we decided to have a team because we had under 15 players join the club,” he continued.
“I am not concerned with winning games because this is a developmental stage our role is to groom these players and prepare them to compete professionally,” said Nkwanyane.
F.C Juventus coach said this was there came back because they lost 8-0 in their previews league encounter, he said they were ready to win the game and this was their predicted score.
