WATCH: Voters frustrated as IEC run out of ballot papers at Ikemeleng primary in Naledi.

The presiding officer apologized to people who were waiting in the queue to vote as they have run out of ballot papers.

She promised that they will be delivered but could not give the voters a specific waiting time.

The number of voters at Ikemeleng primary voting station were fast increasing compared to the early hours of the morning.



But some of them decided to go back home after they announced the issue of ballot papers.

Phineas Tladi is one of the voters who could not wait any longer, “it is cold and now we have to wait for ballot papers you can see that this is a waste of time I will come back later to check if they have delivered them,” said Tladi.



ANC party agent Modise Molemo said the voters are frustrated because the ballot papers are currently finished, he feather stated that the ICE should start taking people seriously.
